Ravioli are square-shaped pasta parcels. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg content (30%) and thanks to a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour, holds the cooking very well. This filling is made with a combination of premium beef and truffle. We use fresh premium beef which we slowly cook with red wine and vegetables and tasty Summer Black Truffles from the Umbria region in Italy. Try them with some Béchamel and Mushroom or just with olive oil and Parmesan Cheese!
