Ravioli are square-shaped pasta parcels. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg content (30%) and thanks to a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour, holds the cooking very well. This filling brings together the distinctive taste of Goat Cheese, Gorgonzola, Italian Hard Cheese blended with delicate Ricotta. They can be served up with a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese or with a simple tomato sauce. Try them also with melted butter and crushed walnuts!
